Passing requirements allow you to set evaluation criteria for Check-ins. When enabled, trainees must meet these requirements to complete the Check-in successfully. If they don't pass, they'll need to make additional attempts until they meet the requirements.

Adding Passing Requirements

  1. Navigate to the Check-in builder in your admin dashboard

  2. Select an existing Check-in or create a new one

  3. Locate the "Passing Requirements" section in the Check-in settings

  4. Toggle "Enable Passing Requirements" to ON

  5. Set your passing criteria:

    • Define what constitutes a passing evaluation

    • Add suggested steps for failed attempts (optional coaching notes for facilitators)

  6. Save your changes

📝 Note: Passing requirements can be modified after creation without affecting previously completed evaluations.

Managing Failed Attempts

When a trainee fails a Check-in:

  • The Check-in remains incomplete

  • It's automatically reassigned to the trainee

  • Facilitators can view suggested steps for coaching

  • The trainee can make multiple attempts until passing

Tracking Progress

You can monitor Check-in attempts and completion rates through:

  • The Check-in Reporting tab in your dashboard

  • Individual user profiles in the mobile app

Best Practices

✅ Set clear, objective passing criteria

✅ Provide detailed suggested steps for failed attempts

✅ Regularly review passing rates to identify training gaps

✅ Use feedback from facilitators to refine passing requirements
