Dashboard Search

The search bar in the top of the dashboard helps you quickly find what you need. Here's how to use it effectively:

  • Access Search: Click the search icon in the top navigation bar or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+K (Windows) / Cmd+K (Mac)

  • Basic Search: Type keywords related to what you're looking for. Opus will scan across all of the contents (course, module, resource, Check-in) in your library, down to video subtitles so that you can find what you’re looking for.

💡 Search works across any language translation used in Opus. For example, users training in Spanish are able to search for key words and terms in Spanish.

Mobile App Search

The mobile app offers similar search capabilities with a touch-optimized interface:

  • Quick Search: Enter keywords in the search bar at the top of the screen

  • Filter by Tags or Content Type: Use the filter buttons at the top of the Library to narrow down your search by Tag or content type.

Search Tips 🔍

  • Use specific keywords for better results

  • Put exact phrases in quotation marks

  • Check spelling if you're not finding what you need

  • Use filters to narrow down results
