Post announcements, shout-outs, and updates on Newsfeed, to your whole business or only the Locations, Roles, and team members they're for.

Send as Org, Schedule for later, Notify recipients once a day, and Enable comments work the same as in the dashboard. AI Assist and other languages are in the dashboard only.
Who You Can Post To
Every Role needs the Send Posts permission to post. Once you have it, there are two ways to choose recipients.
Send to everyone at your business sends the post to every team member in your business, whatever your Role. If your Locations belong to a brand, the toggle names your brand and the post goes to everyone at that brand.
Select recipients lets you narrow it down, and what you can choose depends on your Role:
Admins: any Locations, Roles, Departments, Regions, Brands, or Franchises, or individual team members.
Managers: their own Locations, the Regions, Brands, and Franchises they manage, the Roles they manage, and Departments. The post reaches the Trainees and Managers they manage there. Managers can't choose individual team members.
Trainees: their own Locations. The post reaches the Trainees at those Locations.
A post to everyone can't also be limited to certain Locations or Roles.
After You Post
Each post shows how many recipients read it, like "Read by 12 of 20 recipients". Admins and the post's author can also open the list of who read it.
Edit, Duplicate, or Delete a Post
Click the ⌠menu on a post:
Edit Post: change it, then click Save, or Save and Notify to notify recipients again.
Duplicate Post: start a new post from a copy.
Notify Again: resend the notification.
Disable comments or Enable comments.
Delete Post: remove it for everyone. This can't be undone.
Admins can manage any post. Other team members can manage only their own posts.
Comments and Reactions
Recipients can react to a post and, when comments are on, leave a comment. Each team member can edit or delete their own comments, and report anyone else's with Report comment.
FAQ
Why can't I post?
You need the Send Posts permission. Ask an Admin to turn it on for your Role or for you.
Do team members without the Opus Training app get my post?
They don't get a notification, but they see the post when they open Newsfeed in the app or the dashboard.
Do posts send a text message?
Sometimes. If a team member has used the Opus Training app but push notifications are off or don't go through, Opus sends a text message instead, as long as they have a phone number. Group and Direct Messages only send push notifications.
Where are my scheduled posts?
On the Scheduled tab of Newsfeed > Posts. Open one to edit it or change when it sends.
