🗓️ Launching November 11: This article covers features launching on November 11. Admins can opt in early.

See who read each post, and compare read rates across Locations and posts, so you know which updates landed and where to follow up.

✅ Before you start: Newsfeed Engagement needs the View Reporting permission. A post's read list shows to Admins and the post's author.

Table of Contents:

See Who Read a Post

Each post you sent shows its read count, like "Read by 12 of 20 recipients".

  1. Go to Newsfeed > Posts.

  2. On a post, click the read count.

  3. Review the list of team members who read it.

The same panel has tabs for the post's comments and reactions.

Newsfeed Engagement

Go to Reporting and click Newsfeed Engagement. Each row is a Location and each column is a post, and each cell shows the percentage of recipients at that Location who read it.

  • Colors: cells turn red at or below the red threshold and green at or above the green threshold, so low read rates stand out.

  • Post details: hover over a column header to see the post and who sent it.

Filter and Export

Narrow the grid to what you're checking, and download it to share. Use the sidebar on the left:

  • Locations: show only the Locations you choose.

  • Posts: show only the posts you choose.

  • Red threshold and Green threshold: drag the slider to set where colors change.

  • Export CSV: download the grid as a spreadsheet.

Click Clear next to a filter to show everything again.

Follow Up on Unread Posts

To remind recipients who haven't read a post yet, open the post's … menu and select Notify Again.

For time-sensitive posts, turn on Notify recipients once a day when you write the post. Opus then reminds anyone who hasn't read it, once a day, until the date you pick.
