All Resources can be found in your Library. You can view resources in the dashboard or in the app.

Resources in the Dashboard

Resources live under the Resources tab of the Library.

Add a Resource

To add a Resource:

  1. Click the blue "+" button on the top of the sidebar on the left

  2. Click "Resource" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click “Upload Resource” to select a file from your device (or just drag and drop!) OR click “Paste Link” to add a link

  4. Add a name and description to your resource

  5. Click the Save button on the bottom right

Note: Opus supports many different resource types, but we recommend PDF’s for documents, JPEG’s for photos and mp4 for videos or audio resources. Click here to learn more about supported resource types.

View a Resource

Here's how to view a resource:

  1. Click on the resource to open the resource detail page

  2. In the resource detail page, click the thumbnail of the resource in the phone preview on the right hand side.

  3. A new tab will open, showing the resource

Archive and Recover a Resource

Resources are not deleted but rather archived. There are two ways to archive a resource:

From the Library:

  1. Hover over the resource title

  2. Click the ellipses icon to the right

  3. Select Archive from the dropdown menu

From the Resource detail page:

  1. Click the resource to open the resource detail page

  2. Click the ellipses icon next to “Edit”

  3. Select “Archive”

To recover archived resources:

  1. Click the Archived tab under Folders

  2. Hover over the resource title

  3. Click the ellipses icon to the right

  4. Select "Unarchive" from the drop-down

Note: when you unarchive a resource, it will go back into any folder, course or module it was previously in.

Resources in the App

You must be in trainee mode to view Resources in the app. Click here to learn about switching between manager mode and trainee mode

Resources live on the bottom of the home screen on your app.

  • Tap on a resource name to view the resource

  • If admins have enabled "show folder to trainee", resources will be "tagged" by the folder name, as an additional organization tool
