Completion Grids Overview

Easily track and report assignment completion across your organization by using the Completion Grids. There are two types of Completion Grids:

  • Location Completion Grid

  • User Completion Grid

How to Use the Completion Grids

Select which Completion Grid you'd like to build a report with:

  • Location Completion Grid will break down assignment completion rates across individual location(s), brand(s), franchises(s), and region(s).

  • User Completion Grid will break down assignment completion rates across each team member.

To start building a report, select which module(s) and course(s) you'd like to see assignment completion for in the left-hand panel. You must select a module(s) or course(s) and any location to build a report.

In the left hand panel, you'll also be able to customize your report by adjusting its the grid's settings:

  • Filter by Role - view data for only employees with a specific role.

  • Thresholds - customize your grid's cells by adjusting the completion percentage for green and red thresholds.

    • Blank cells indicate content that is unassigned.

  • Completion - View by count or percentage.

How to Customize Your Completion Grid View

You can also sort and adjust the view of your grid by clicking on the individual module and course columns:

  • Click on the diagonal arrows to expand a module and see completion rates across the courses within the module.

  • Click on the up-and-down arrow to sort completion percentages by ascending or descending order.

  • Click and drag module and course columns to re-order the content in your grid.

How to Save and Export Completion Grid Views

  • Save a grid view by clicking "Save view".

  • Name your view. Saved reporting views are unique to each user and not shareable between team members.

To share reports, you can export a CSV your current view by hitting "Export CSV". A CSV file will automatically download to your desktop.
