Logging into the Web Dashboard

Only Managers and Admins have access to the web dashboard. Log into the dashboard using the email address they were invited with.

There are two ways to do this - from your email, and from the login page

From your email:

  1. Click the link at the bottom that says “Head to dashboard.opus.so to log in.”

  2. Enter your email address

From the Opus login page

  1. Click the "Get a login link" button

    1. Enter the email address associated with your manager profile

    2. Use the link sent to their email inbox to access the dashboard

  2. Click "Sign in with SMS"

    1. Enter your phone number

    2. Follow the instructions that are texted to you

Logging into the Mobile App

All users log into the app using the phone number they were invited with.

Here's how:

  1. Download the Opus app (t.opus.so/mobile)

  2. Enter the phone number associated with their profile

  3. Enter the verification code sent via text message (having trouble with a verification code? Click here!)

And that's it!

Users that have logged into the app will have a check mark under the "App" column on the People page

Note: Once an Admin or Manager has been invited, there is no need to resend an invite, even if they did not access the dashboard right away. Just send them a link to the dashboard, have them download the App, and proceed with mobile setup to get going on Opus once they are ready.
