Team members earn certificates when they complete Courses, Modules, and premium content, like compliance training purchased from the Marketplace. Anyone can view their own certificates in the Opus Training app, and Admins and Managers can download them from the dashboard.
How to View Certificates
Anyone can view their certificates in the app through the Library:
Go to the Library.
Search for the completed Course or Module.
Select it and scroll to the end.
Tap View certificate.
Module and compliance training certificates are also in the person's profile. To access them:
Tap the profile icon in the top right of the app.
Select any certificate to view or download it.
š” Certificates are on by default. Award certificate is turned on by default for all Courses, and Award certificates for all Modules. If you don't want certificates issued, turn the setting off in the Course's or Module's Manage > Settings.
How to Download Certificates (for Admins and Managers)
Download certificates for completed Courses, Modules, or premium content from the dashboard:
Open the Course, Module, or premium content you want to download a certificate for.
Go to Manage > Assignments. For premium content, go to the Assignments tab. For a Course someone completed on their own from the Library, go to Manage > Library Access.
Click the ā¦ menu on the row of anyone with a completed assignment.
Select Download Certificate.
