How to View Certificates
All users can view their certificates in the Opus app through the Library:
Go to the Library
Search for the completed Course or Module
Select it and scroll to the end
Tap “View Certificate”
Module and compliance training certificates are also housed in the user profile. To access them:
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the app
Select any certificate to view or download it
The “Award Certificate” setting is turned on by default for all Courses and Modules. If you don’t want certificates to be issued, you’ll need to disable this manually in the Course/ Module settings.
How to Download (For Admins & Managers)
You can download certificates for completed Courses, Modules, or premium content directly from the dashboard:
Go to the course, module, or premium content you want to download a certificate for
Click on the Manage tab to view assignments
For users with completed assignments, click the three dots next to their name
Click "Download Certificate"
