Trainee responses can be viewed in both the dashboard and the app by Admins and Managers.
To view trainee responses from the Dashboard:
Click into the Course or Module
Go to "Manage" and then click on the "Assignments" tab
Click on the trainee
Click on "Show Responses" in the pop up block to view their responses.
To view responses in the Mobile App:
Click People
Select the Trainee
Click into Completed
Click into the course to view all responses
Trainees can also view their responses in the app:
Click into My Things
Click into the Completed header
Click into the course to view all responses
Exporting Trainee Responses
Responses from one or more employees can also be exported from the by admins and managers:
Click into course detail page
Go to "Manage" and then click on the "Assignments" tab
Select one or more trainees
Click export responses from the purple menu at the bottom of the screen, or click on a specific trainee to see their answers.
