Leaderboards rank your Locations, Managers, and Trainees so you can spotlight top performers and see who needs support.
✅ Before you start: Leaderboards are available to Admins and Managers whose Role includes the View Reporting permission.
You only see the Locations and team members you have access to.
To open a Leaderboard, click Reporting in the left nav. Under Leaderboards, choose Locations, Managers, or Trainees.
Opus also includes many other pre-built reports in the Reporting section to help you track training progress and compliance across your business.

Reading a Leaderboard
Each Leaderboard is a ranked table. The top three ranks are highlighted in gold, silver, and bronze, and ties share a rank.
Choose a time window: Use the Since: menu to show 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or All Time. Leaderboards open on All Time.
Rank by a different column: Click a column header to re-rank the table by that column.
Open a row: Click a Location, Manager, or Trainee to open their profile.
Leaderboard Columns
Each Leaderboard counts Course and Module assignments. Percentages compare against assignments made in the selected time window.
Location Leaderboard
Ranked by Assignments Completed by default.
Assignments Completed: Assignments completed by team members at the Location.
Assignment Completion %: Completed assignments divided by assignments made in the time window.
Avg Accuracy: Average accuracy of completed Courses.
Past Due Assignments: Assignments that are past due.
Manager Leaderboard
Ranked by Completed Check-ins by default. A Manager's team is everyone at their Locations.
Team Assignments Completed: Assignments completed by the Manager's team.
Team Assignment Completion %: Completed team assignments divided by assignments made in the time window.
Completed Check-ins: Check-ins the Manager verified.
Team Avg Accuracy: Average accuracy of Courses completed by the Manager's team.
Assignments Created: Assignments the Manager created for their team.
Trainee Leaderboard
Ranked by Assignments Completed by default.
Assignments Completed: Assignments the Trainee completed.
Assignment Completion %: Completed assignments divided by assignments made in the time window.
Avg Accuracy: Average accuracy of the Trainee's completed Courses.
Past Due Assignments: The Trainee's assignments that are past due.
Completed Check-ins: Check-ins the Trainee completed.
Exporting a Leaderboard
Click Export above the table to download the Leaderboard as a CSV file for the time window you selected.
FAQ
How often do Leaderboards update?
Leaderboards update nightly, so today's completions and Check-ins appear the next day.
Why doesn't my Location Leaderboard start at rank 1?
Location ranks are calculated across your whole business. If you only have access to some Locations, you see their business-wide ranks.
Can Trainees see the Leaderboards?
No. Leaderboards live in Reporting, which only Admins and Managers with the View Reporting permission can see.
What counts toward Assignments Completed?
Any Course or Module assignment completed within the selected time window.
