Get real-time rankings on how your managers, locations, and trainees with Leaderboards.
Leaderboards are a great way to get immediate insights into how your team is performing in Opus. With Leaderboards, you can spotlight top performing trainees, keep managers accountable, and compare locations side-by-side.
To see your Leaderboards, go to Reporting and you'll find 3 new dashboards:
Manager Leaderboard
Location Leaderboard
Trainee Leaderboard
On the left hand-side of each leaderboard, you'll see a ranking of managers, trainees, and locations awarded with First, Second, and Third place badges. There are a few different ways to visualize Leaderboards:
Filter by time:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Last 90 days
All Time
Switching columns to see who's leading the pack in each category:
Assignments Completed
Total number of completed assignments per trainees associated with that manager, per location, or per individual trainee.
Assignment Completion Percentage
This number is calculated by the number of assignments that have been completed over the total number of assignments made during the specified window of time.
Average Accuracy
Average accuracy score of completed assignments per trainees associated with that manager, per location, or per individual trainee.
Past Due Assignments
Total number of past due assignments per location or trainee.
Completed Check-ins
Total number of Check-ins that a manager has facilitated
OR Total number of Check-ins a trainee has completed
