Leaderboards give you an immediate view of team performance in Opus. Use them to spotlight top-performing trainees, keep managers accountable, and compare locations side-by-side.
To access Leaderboards, go to the Reporting section in the dashboard. You'll find three dashboards:
Opus also includes many other pre-built reports in the Reporting section to help you track training progress and compliance across your organization.
Reading a Leaderboard
Each leaderboard displays a ranked list on the left, with First, Second, and Third place badges for the top performers. Filter by time period:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Last 90 days
All Time
Switch columns to see who's leading in each category:
Assignments Completed — Total completed assignments per manager's trainees, per location, or per individual trainee.
Assignment Completion Percentage — Completed assignments divided by total assignments made in the selected time window.
Average Accuracy — Average accuracy score across completed assignments.
Past Due Assignments — Total past due assignments per location or trainee.
Completed Check-ins — Total Check-ins facilitated by a manager, or completed by a trainee.

Export any leaderboard view to CSV or image to quickly share insights with your team.
