Track all of your employees' compliance certification statuses in Opus, including those who receive compliance training from third-party providers. Opus allows for you to manually upload third-party compliance certificate statuses so that you can exempt trainees and managers who have already received their training.

While Opus does not physically store a copy of the certificate, you can mark and date any employees' compliance status. This allows you to track each employee's compliance certification status in one place.

  • Please note that depending on the type of compliance, employees must be responsible for storing their own certificate.

This feature is only available for compliance training modules provided by Opus that require recertification:

  • Sexual Harassement Prevention

  • AllerTrain®Lite

  • AllerTrain® Manager

  • Food Handlers

  • Certified Food Protection Manager

How to Upload Third-Party Compliance Certification Status

Simply upload them into your dashboard by going to the details page for the compliance training module:

Click "Import Certificate"

Select the user (or employee) you're trying to manually import a certificate for and indicate the date of certification. Once you submit, Opus will store those dates as record of certification.
