When you download the Opus Training app, you’ll be opted into SMS and push notifications that alert you about tasks, messages, and training assignments. Users are able to manage SMS and push notifications at the device level.

To stop receiving SMS notifications, simply reply “STOP”. If you change your mind, you can simply re-enroll in SMS by replying with “unstop” or “start”.

Push notifications can be managed on your device by going to the device's notification settings and disabling push notifications for the Opus Training app.
