How Knowledge Checks Work
Knowledge Checks are daily questions that help you retain important training information. Each day, a Knowledge Check question appears at the top of your Opus app home screen and remains there until you answer it. Completing at least one Knowledge Check weekly builds your streak.
After answering a question, it won't reappear for at least 10 days. After submitting your answer, you can review the course the question came from to strengthen your understanding of the topic.
To qualify for Knowledge Checks, you must complete at least 10 quiz questions from courses you've finished in Opus. If your company enforces Wage and Hour rules, you'll need to be clocked in to answer, ensuring you're prepared for these ongoing learning moments.

❓ Don’t see Knowledge Checks?
Knowledge Checks must be turned on for your company. If they’re not showing up, please reach out to your Opus admin to enable them.
Where to Find Knowledge Checks
You’ll see your daily Knowledge Check right at the top of your Opus app home screen once you qualify. That same spot also shows your current streak—a visual reminder of how regularly you’re staying on top of your training. Keep your streak going to build stronger learning habits.
How Daily Questions Are Generated
Each day, a new Knowledge Check question will appear for you. These questions are picked completely at random from quiz questions in courses you’ve completed. That means you get a fresh, varied mix without any predictable pattern.
Once you answer a question, it won’t come back for at least 10 days. If you skip it one day, it stays available the next day until you answer. You’ll see a variety of question types, like multiple choice, true/false, image choice, free response, matching, and ordering.
Knowledge Check Streaks
Your streak counts how often you answer these daily questions. To keep your streak going, just answer at least one Knowledge Check every week. If you don’t answer any for seven days, your streak resets.
The streak helps you track consistency and build a habit of regular learning.
💡Admins and Managers with reporting access can view their team's Knowledge Check performance in the Knowledge Check reports.

Reviewing the Course Behind Each Question
While answering a Knowledge Check, you can jump directly to the full course from which the question originated. This helps you quickly fill any knowledge gaps.
💡 You won’t be able to retake the question after submitting your answer.
