How Knowledge Checks Work
Each day, a new Knowledge Check question appears on your Opus Training app home screen. It stays there until you answer it.
After you submit your answer, you can review the Course the question came from. Answering at least one Knowledge Check each week builds your streak.

Where to Find Knowledge Checks
Your daily Knowledge Check is the first card in the Training section of your Opus Training app home screen. The same card shows your current streak, so you can see how regularly you're keeping up with your training.
How Daily Questions Are Generated
Each day's question is picked at random from the graded quiz questions in Courses you've completed, so you get a varied mix without a predictable pattern.
Once you answer a question, it won't come back for at least 10 days. If you skip a day, the same question waits for you until you answer it.
You'll see multiple choice, true/false, image choice, graded free response, matching, and ordering questions.
Knowledge Check Streaks
Your streak counts the weeks in a row in which you answered at least one Knowledge Check. Weeks run Monday to Sunday.
If a full week passes without an answer, your streak resets to zero. To compare streaks with your team, tap your Knowledge Check card and open the Leaderboard tab.
💡 Team reports: Admins and Managers with reporting access can see their team's Knowledge Check results under Reporting > Knowledge Check in the dashboard.

Each Knowledge Check shows the Course its question came from, under This question is from. Tap the Course to open it and fill any knowledge gaps.
💡 One try per question: You can't change your answer after you submit it.

Who can see and answer Knowledge Checks?
Anyone in a business with Knowledge Checks turned on, once the Courses they've completed hold more than 10 graded quiz questions. If your business requires it, you also confirm you're clocked in.
Can I pick which questions I get?
No. Questions are picked at random from your completed Courses. Admins choose which Courses are included in Knowledge Checks.
What happens if I get a question wrong?
Tap the Course shown with the question to review the material. Admins and Managers with reporting access can see their team's answers, which helps them spot knowledge gaps.
Does everyone get the same questions?
No. Your questions are randomized and based on the Courses you've completed.
What if I skip a day?
The question stays available until you answer it. Your streak continues as long as you answer at least one question each week.
Can I see how well my team is answering Knowledge Checks?
Yes, if you're an Admin or a Manager with reporting access. Go to Reporting > Knowledge Check to see each Course the questions came from, its number of Responses, and its Accuracy.
