Audit Reporting gives you a clear picture of what's happening across your locations — who's submitting on time, where issues are showing up, and whether flagged items are getting resolved. Whether you're checking in on a single location or monitoring compliance across your whole organization, reporting puts the full picture in one place.

Reporting in the Dashboard
To access reporting, open an Audit in the dashboard and select the "Reporting" tab. From there, you can switch between views depending on what you want to analyze.
All Submissions View a complete list of every Audit submission, including who submitted it, when it was completed, the overall score, and any flagged issues. Click into any submission to review the full details and all responses.
In the grid view, you can export submission data as a spreadsheet.
Enable "Show Full Submission Detail" to include every step in the Audit along with its response.
Schedule Completion Track how consistently Audits are being completed within their scheduled windows. This view helps you quickly identify locations that submitted on time, submitted late, or missed their scheduled window.
You can also view Audits in the Audit Completion Grid. This helps you compare completion status across multiple Audits and locations side by side, making it easier to spot gaps in compliance or participation.
The Audit Completion Grid is a pre-built reporting view. You can find it in the Reporting section of the dashboard.
Reporting in the Opus Training App
Users with access to an Audit can review past submissions directly in the Opus Training app.
Open the Audit from your Library in the app to review past submissions.
Click into any submission and access the "Activity" section
Select "View submission" to see the full details, including all questions and responses.
Select "View form" to see the full remediation form, including what has been taken action on.

Where do I find Audit reports?
Open the Audit in the dashboard and go to the "Reporting" tab. You can also use the Audit Completion Grid — a pre-built report in the Reporting section of the dashboard — to compare completion across multiple Audits and locations at once.
Where can I see Audit scores and results?
Admins and Managers with access to the Audit can view results in both the Opus Training app and the dashboard.
Can I export Audit data?
Yes. In the Reporting tab of an Audit, you can export submission data as a spreadsheet. You can also enable "Show Full Submission Detail" to include every step and its response in the export.
What does the Schedule Completion view show?
It shows how consistently each location is completing Audits within their scheduled windows — so you can quickly see who submitted on time, who submitted late, and who missed their window entirely. Schedules are optional but useful for keeping your team on track.
Can I review past submissions in the mobile app?
Yes. Open the Audit from your Library in the Opus Training app, click into any submission, and use the Activity section to view the full submission or the remediation form.
