How to track course completion

In the dashboard, click a trainee's name from the People page and click "Assignments"

Hover over the course, and click the ellipses icon to download the course certificate.

You can also download a list of employees who have completed the course from the course detail page.

Moving a trainee to a new location or role

There are two ways to add a trainee to a location or role from the dashboard

  1. From the Employee detail page

  2. From the People page

Employee Detail Page

  • In the Details section under the Profile tab of the user page, hover over Locations or Roles field

  • Click the pencil icon to edit

  • Check the box next to one or multiple trainee names

  • Click the "Add to location" button in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen to add those trainees to a Location or Role

  • Click the "Remove from location" button in the menu bar on the bottom of the screen to remove those trainees from a Location or Role

You can also add or remove a trainee from a location or role in the app. Here's how:

  1. Confirm that you are in Manager mode (learn about how to switch to Manager mode here)

  2. Tap any trainee's name

  3. On their user page, tap Role or Location

  4. Then tap the Role or Location you'd like to assign the trainee to and hit the Assign button

Removing a trainee from Opus

When a trainee has left your organization and you need to remove them from the Opus platform entirely, you can do so from the dashboard or the app.

In the dashboard, you have two options:

1. Click an employee's name to open the user page, then click the ellipses button on the right side, and click "Deactivate account"

2. On the People page, check the box next to one or multiple trainee names and click the "Deactivate" button from the right side of the menu bar on the bottom of the screen

On the mobile app:

  • Tap the trainee's name

  • Tap Edit button and select "Remove Trainee"

Once a person has been removed from Opus, their status will be updated to "Deactivated".

To see deactivated employees, from the People page, click "Filter" and then toggle on the "Include deactivated" option. You can then sort by "Deactivated at" to see all of the deactivated employees in order of when they were deactivated.

To reactivate their Opus profile, tap their name and click “Reactivate account” in their user page.

Exporting Trainee Data

Export a list of trainees and their data from the dashboard.

  • Head to the People page

  • Click the Export button in the right hand corner
