Invite Admins from the Web Dashboard
Admins can only be invited to Opus via the web dashboard. Here's how:
Click the blue "+ New" button in the top left corner
Hover over "Invite Users"
Select "Admin" or "Manager"
On the left, enter the name and phone number of the Admin you are inviting
On the right, select the "Admin" role, under Permissions
On the right, enter their email address
Click "Invite"
Once invited, the new Admin will receive an automated email from Opus inviting them to log in to the Opus dashboard.

Can an existing Manager invite a new Admin?
No. Only an existing Admin can invite another Admin.
Does a new Admin need a phone number to be invited?
Yes. A phone number is required to send the invite, along with an email address.
What can a new Admin do once they log in?
Admins have full access across the organization by default, including Billing, Compliance, and org-wide settings, unless a Role limits specific permissions.
How do I resend an invite to an Admin?
There's no resend option, and a new Admin doesn't need one. They can sign in at dashboard.opus.so with the email address you invited them with. Learn more in How to Log In to Opus.
Can I invite many Admins at once?
Yes. Go to Settings > Scheduled Invites and click Schedule Invites to upload a CSV of Admins or Managers. Send the invites right away, or choose a date and time.
