If a trainee does not have a smartphone, or does not have a phone at all, they can still train with Opus using a tablet or desktop. Trainees will still need a phone number to log into Opus on a tablet.

  • If a trainee does not have a phone number to log into Opus, they can use an email username and password by clicking the link "Don't have a phone number? Use email instead" at the bottom of the signup page.

Tablet training:

Since tablets are typically a shared device, it's important to make sure trainees are training under the correct profile. A few things to know about training on a tablet:

  1. Trainees should log in and log out each time they complete a training session.

  2. If the app is closed for more than 10 seconds, then reopened, Opus requires the trainee to confirm their identity

Logging In

Once the phone number is entered on the login page, the verification code will be sent to the device connected to that phone number. Enter the verification code into the app on the tablet and start training!
