To meet 100% of your workforce, Desktop-based training is now supported by Opus. Train from a desktop or tablet browser when you don't have a phone or prefer a bigger screen. Your assignments, progress, and due dates are the same ones you see in the Opus Training app.
✅ Before you start: You need an Opus account. If you haven't been invited yet, ask your Admin.

How to Train on Desktop (Admins and Managers)
As an Admin or Manager, you already use the Opus dashboard. Your own training lives in My Training.
Click your name in the top right corner and select My Training
On the Assignments tab, find your current assignments and their due dates
Click an assignment to start training
💡 From Home: When you have open assignments, Home shows a My Training section. Click an assignment there to pick up where you left off.
How to Train on Desktop (Trainees)
Trainees sign in at dashboard.opus.so on the Phone tab with Text me a code, or on the Email tab with Email me a sign-in link.
After signing in, Trainees land on Your assignments, with Assignments and Completed tabs. The left nav also has Library and Messages.
If a Trainee signs up without a phone number, they can click Don't have a phone? Use an email instead. on the sign-up page and create an account with an email and password.
How to Train on a Tablet
Tablets are often shared, so make sure each Trainee trains under their own profile.
Log out after each session: Have Trainees log out when they finish training.
Confirm who's training: When the Opus Training app on a tablet has been in the background for more than 10 seconds, it asks Is this still you? Tap Yes, I'm [name] to keep going, or No, log out so the next Trainee can sign in.
FAQ
What if I don't have a phone number?
Sign in with your email. On the dashboard, use the Email tab and click Email me a sign-in link. In the Opus Training app, tap Don't have a phone number? and log in with your email and password.
Can I complete Check-ins on desktop?
On desktop, you can open a Check-in and see its status. Whoever verifies the Check-in completes it in the Opus Training app.
