How to track course assignment and completion
In the app, click "People" (to the right of the + button). Select an employee by tapping their name. You can find an employee by scrolling in alphabetical order, by location, or by using the search bar at the top of the People page.
To view assigned content on an employee's profile page, click the "Assigned" tab. To view completed content, click the "Completed" tab.
Click the blue "+ Assign" button to assign new content from the app.
Updating an Employee's Name, Location, Role, or Language
To edit an employee's name, location, role, or language from the app, click on an employee's profile by tapping their name on the People page.
Click the "Edit" in the top right corner.
Click into the name, language, role, and location fields to update.
Removing an Employee from Opus
When an employee has left your organization and you need to remove them from the Opus platform entirely, you can do so from the dashboard or the app.
In the app, click the People page and select the employee to remove.
Click "Edit" in the top right corner.
Click "Remove Employee".
Once a person has been removed from Opus, their status will be updated to "Deactivated".
To reactivate their Opus profile, tap their name and click “Reactivate Account” in their user page.
