See who's on a Path, what they're waiting on, and who's finished. The Runs tab shows each team member's progress through the Path, step by step. The Completion Grid shows how the Path's Modules are going across your team and Locations.

What a Run Is
A run is one team member's journey through a Path. It starts when they finish the Path's first Module, and it follows them through every step after that, like a delay, a Filter, or the next Module.
If 20 new hires start your New Hire Program Path, you'll see 20 runs, one for each of them.
A team member can have more than one run when:
They finish the first Module again: for example, after it's reassigned. Each time starts a new run.
You move them to a new version: when you publish changes and choose Move them to the new version, their old run is canceled and a new one starts on the new version.
Runs Tab
Go to Training > Paths and open a Path, then select the Runs tab.
You can also click the number in the Active runs column on the Paths page. At the top, you'll see how many runs are in progress and how many there are in total.
Each row is one team member's run:
User: the team member on the Path.
Status: where the run stands.
Running: they're still moving through the steps.
Completed: they have no steps left.
Canceled: they were taken off the Path, they were moved to a new version, or the Path was archived. Hover over the status to see why.
Failed: the run couldn't continue.
Current step: what they're waiting on right now, like a Module they need to finish or a delay, for example Waiting on Customer Service Basics or 7-day delay.
Version: which version of the Path they're following. Hover over it to see when that version was published.
Started, Ended, and Duration: when the run began and ended, and how long it took.
To find a team member, search by name, filter by status, or choose a date range under Started. To download the list as a spreadsheet, use the export button.
View a Team Member's Run
Click a row to see the Path from that team member's point of view. Each step is marked so you can see exactly where they are:
✓ means the step is done.
waiting means they're working on that Module now.
wakes and a date means a delay is counting down, and the next step happens on that date.
filtered out means they didn't match a Filter, so that route ended for them.
not reached means they haven't gotten to that step yet.
The side panel shows the version they're on, who assigned the first Module, and when the run started and ended. Other runs by this user lists that team member's other runs on this Path. Click Back to runs to return to the list.
Take a Team Member Off a Path
Cancel a team member's run when they shouldn't finish the Path, for example if they changed Roles or left your business.
Open the … menu on their run and select Cancel run.
Confirm.
Steps they're waiting on stop, and any Modules they've already been assigned stay assigned.
When you deactivate a team member, Opus cancels their runs automatically and removes them from the Runs tab.
⚠️ Canceling a run can't be undone: To put the team member back on the Path, reassign the first Module. When they finish it again, a new run starts.
Completion Grid
The Runs tab shows where each team member is in the Path. To see how the Path's Modules are going across your team, use a Completion Grid. It shows completion for every Module, however it was assigned.
Go to Reporting and open the User Completion Grid, or the Location Completion Grid to compare Locations.
In the sidebar, under Modules, select the Modules in your Path.
Review who has completed each Module, who's still working on it, and who's past due.

FAQ
Why isn't a team member showing up on the Runs tab?
They haven't started the Path yet. A run only starts when they finish the Path's first Module while the Path is published and assigning, so check that they were assigned the first Module and finished it. Deactivated team members don't show up either, because their runs are canceled and removed from the list.
Why does a team member appear more than once on the Runs tab?
They either finished the first Module again or were moved to a new version of the Path. Each of those starts a new run. Learn more: What a Run Is: when a run starts and why one team member can have more than one
Can I see which version of the Path a team member is on?
Yes. The Version column shows it, and you can open their run to see the steps in that version.
Can I export Path progress?
Yes. Use the export button on the Runs tab to download the list of runs as a spreadsheet.
Does the Completion Grid only show Modules assigned by the Path?
No. It shows completion for each Module, however it was assigned. Use the Runs tab to see progress through the Path itself.
Who can see Path progress?
Admins, and Managers whose Role has the Manage Library and Update Automations permissions.
