❓ Need to change your phone number? Talk to your manager! Scanning the QR code again will create a new account and won't keep your course completion and progress.
Logging into the Web Dashboard
Admins and Managers log into the dashboard with the email address they were invited with. Trainees can also log in on the Web Dashboard via SMS, using the number tied to their Opus profile.
There are two ways to do this: from your email and from the login page
From your email:
Click the link at the bottom that says “Head to dashboard.opus.so to log in.”
Enter your email address
From the Opus login page:
Click the "Get a login link" button
Enter the email address associated with your manager profile
Use the link sent to their email inbox to access the dashboard
Click "Sign in with SMS"
Enter your phone number
Follow the instructions that are texted to you
Logging into the Mobile App
All users log into the app using the phone number they were invited with.
Here's how:
Download the Opus app (t.opus.so/mobile)
Enter the phone number associated with their profile
Enter the verification code sent via text message
Users who have logged into the app will have a check mark under the "App" column on the User page in the dashboard
Loggin into Opus without a Phone
If a trainee does not have a phone number to log into Opus, they can use an email username and password by clicking the link "Don't have a phone number? Use email instead" at the bottom of the signup page. Admins or managers will have to provide an email address in the trainee's user profile
💡 Once invited, Admins and Managers don’t need to follow the email link. They can access the dashboard or log into the app anytime.
Logging into Opus Without a Phone
Don’t have a phone number? No problem! You can log into Opus using your email and password instead.
Logging in with your email in the app
On the login page, click Don’t have a phone number? Use email instead.
Enter your email address and set your password to sign in.
💡 Select Forgot password? to set up or reset your password before signing in.
Logging into the dashboard with your email
Go to dashboard.opus.so
Select Get a login link and enter your email address.
Follow the link sent to your email. You’ll be automatically logged in.
This link is valid for 5 minutes.
Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
💡 You can also log into Opus using your Google account if you have one. No separate password required!
How to Reset or Change Your Password
If you log in with an email and password (rather than a phone number or Google account), you can set or reset your password anytime:
On the login page, select Forgot password?
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Follow the link sent to your email to set a new password.
💡 First time logging in from an email invite? Use the same Forgot password? flow to set your password before your first login.
💻 Store devices: Opus is designed for users to access training on their personal smartphones, but some customers choose to use a shared store device for training and completing tasks. Learn how to set this up here!
🚪 Want to stop using Opus? You can't deactivate your own account from the app. Ask your manager or admin to deactivate your profile for you. Your training history isn't deleted, so if you come back later, your progress is still there.
