You know training is working. The challenge is making that visible to the people who need to see it β and giving field leaders enough visibility to act on their own. Visibility creates accountability. Accountability drives results. But only if the right people see the right data.
That's what Reporting is built for.
Every role gets the view most relevant to how they work:
Admins see three tabs: Organization, Program, and Location
Managers (Multi-unit or single) see a Location view scoped to the locations they manage
Individual reports and custom tables are always available in the searchable sidebar on the left side of Reporting.
π What's new in Reporting
Reporting has been rebuilt around roles, so the right people see the right data, right away.
Your existing reports are still here. Find them in the searchable sidebar on the left.
New business outcome metrics. See retention, onboarding time, and NSO performance in addition to completion rates.
Targets you control. Set and update benchmarks for adoption, completion, accuracy, and more at any time.

How Reporting is Structured
The Reporting Overview is built around three tabs. Each one answers a different set of questions, for a different audience.
π’ Organization Tab
Best for: Admins and executives tracking business-level outcomes
See how training is translating into business results across your entire company. Track retention, new hire onboarding speed, operational consistency, and location performance in one view.
Start here to answer: Is training making a difference to the business?
π Program Tab
Best for: Admins managing program performance
Get a full picture of how your training program is running β from adoption and completion to knowledge retention and task execution. Broken down by stage so you can see exactly where the program is strong and where to push harder.
Start here to answer: Where in the training journey are people dropping off?
π Location Tab
Best for: GMs and field leaders tracking their locations
Every location can see exactly where it stands. A leaderboard shows rankings vs. all other locations, and a completion grid shows every team member's assignment status at a glance.
Start here to answer: Who on my team is behind, and on what?
Individual Reports and Custom Tables
The sidebar on the left side of the Reporting tab holds a full library of individual reports and tables. Categories include:
Custom tables (Custom Report Builder)
Use the sidebar to browse, export, and set up custom tables or scheduled delivery to key stakeholders.
π‘ Not sure what's available? Browse the sidebar or ask your CSM which reports are most relevant to your goals.
FAQ
Can I export data from the dashboard?
Yes. Individual reports and tables can be exported as a PDF from the sidebar. For specific downloads, create a custom table.
Can I schedule report views to be sent to specific people?
While you cannot schedule delivery of the Overview tabs, you can schedule recurring delivery of individual reports. Learn how here.
Can I customize what I see?
Yes. Set custom targets for adoption, completion, accuracy, engagement, and feedback at any time in Reporting Settings. You can also create your own tables. Learn more here.
Will AI surface insights for me?
Yes. AI is used to classify and surface relevant patterns β including knowledge gaps from Ask Opus and training content tied to limited time offers β so you can spot what your team isn't retaining without reviewing every data point manually.
What do Managers see?
Managers see the Location tab only, scoped to the locations they manage. Single-location Managers see their location's key stats and a completion grid for their team. Multi-location Managers see a summary across each assigned location and can click into any for a team-level view.
What do Trainees see?
Trainees don't have access to the Reporting Dashboard. They can view their own assigned training and progress in the Opus Training App.
Where do I set my reporting targets and configure employee counts?
Learn how to set your targets and benchmarks here: Reporting Settings
How can I track reporting changes over time?
The default view gives you a real-time view of recent changes over the last 30 days.
For week-over-week, month-over-month, or year-over-year reporting, create a custom report and use schedule a report send to your email. This gives you consistent snapshots you can compare over time. Learn more about the custom report builder here!
