The Program tab shows whether your training program is working, from who is showing up, to whether training is sticking, to whether teams are executing on the floor. Use it to spot where the program is strong and where to push harder.
✅ Before you start:
Who: Admins. Managers who oversee several Locations see a Location rollup on their Program tab instead of these sections.
Where: Click Reporting in the left nav, then the Program tab at the top.
New to Reporting? Start with the overview →
Set your targets first: Cards compare results to your targets. Change them under Reporting settings in the top right corner. Reporting Settings →
Each section maps to a stage of the learning journey. Work through them in order for a complete picture, or jump to the section most relevant to you.
💡 Trends: Many cards show how the number changed compared to the previous 30 days, so you can see whether performance is improving or drifting.
Reach
Shows whether your program is getting to the right team members.
What you'll see:
Adoption: Team members onboarded to Opus, as a % of your expected team size
Manager engagement: % of Managers who used Opus in the last 30 days
Trainee engagement: % of Trainees who used Opus in the last 30 days
💡 Leading indicators: If adoption and engagement are low, completion, accuracy and retention will reflect it.
Learning
Shows whether training is being completed and understood across your whole program.
What you'll see:
Assignment completion: % of Course and Module assignments completed
Course accuracy: Average score on completed Courses
Library content views: Library content views by your team in the last 30 days
Course feedback: Average Course rating out of 5. Click All course feedback for every rating.
Top trainings by assignment: Most-assigned trainings in the last 30 or 90 days, with assignment counts and completion %. Click Completion grid for the full breakdown by Location.
What this tells you:
Whether Trainees are finishing what's assigned
Whether content is landing, or needs updating
Whether Trainees return to the Library on their own
Execution
Shows whether training is turning into behavior on the floor. Check-ins verify that Trainees can perform what they learned, and Checklists confirm that daily standards are being followed.
What you'll see:
Check-in completion: Check-ins completed in the last 30 days. Click Completion grid for a deeper view.
Top Checklists by submission: Most-submitted Checklists in the last 30 or 90 days, with submission and Location counts. Click All Checklist submissions for the full list.
What this tells you:
Whether Managers are following up training with on-the-floor verification
Which Checklists are being completed consistently and which aren't
Where execution gaps exist before they become bigger issues
💡 No Checklists yet? Checklists is an add-on. If Checklists aren't turned on for your business, this card links to Checklists instead of showing data.
Retention
Shows whether your team is retaining what they learned and where refresher training is needed.
What you'll see:
Knowledge Check accuracy: % of Knowledge Check questions answered correctly in the last 30 days
Ask Opus usage: Questions asked to Ask Opus in the last 30 days, and whether that is higher, similar or lower than businesses like yours
Ask Opus themes: The top topics your team asked Ask Opus about in the last 90 days
What this tells you:
Whether Trainees are retaining training over time
Where knowledge gaps exist, since repeated Ask Opus questions often signal content that needs strengthening
💡 Feature not on? If Knowledge Checks or Ask Opus aren't turned on, their cards link to the feature instead of showing data.
Compliance
Shows the compliance rate for each compliance certification: how many of the team members who need it are up to date. Click Completion grid to open the full Compliance report.
What this tells you:
Where compliance coverage is slipping before an inspection surfaces it
💡 Only Marketplace compliance training: Compliance reporting is available as a purchased add-on through the Opus Marketplace. This section appears only if your business has compliance training from the Opus Marketplace. Custom compliance training you've built doesn't appear here.

FAQ
What if I don't see certain sections?
Checklists is an add-on. Compliance must be purchased through the Opus Marketplace. The Compliance section appears only with compliance training from the Opus Marketplace. Checklists, Knowledge Check and Ask Opus cards show a link to the feature until it's turned on. To turn one on, message our team through chat or email support@opus.so.
How is adoption calculated?
Adoption compares the number of team members onboarded to Opus with the expected team size at each Location. The expected size comes from your HRIS when it's connected, or from the counts set in Reporting settings under Total employee count.
How is Course accuracy different from Knowledge Check accuracy?
Course accuracy is the average score on completed Courses. Knowledge Check accuracy tracks the short standalone checks used for ongoing reinforcement, so the two measure different things.
Can I export data from this tab?
The Program tab itself has no export. The detail reports it links to, such as the Completion grid, have an Export CSV button, and saved Builder reports can be emailed on a recurring basis. For recurring scheduled exports, reach out to your CSM.
What do Ask Opus themes tell me?
They show the topics your team asked about most in the last 90 days. Repeated questions on the same topic often mean training didn't fully land there, so use themes to decide where content needs strengthening or a refresher.
Why might my Ask Opus usage seem low?
Usage is compared to businesses like yours. Low numbers could mean your team isn't aware of Ask Opus, or that training already answers most questions well.
